  1. Mmm. An interesting, cute, topical comment??? Well! That’s about as interesting and cute as I can be! *ahem* One Step Back by Luana Ehrlich is my first choice. It sounds intriguing. 🙂 Heart Not Taken by Naomi Musch is my second choice. Thanks so much!

  2. Tina Johnson

Summer read is a must! Beach chair and book go hand in hand. Enjoy all. First choice: three cord strand and 2 choice: patchwork

Since we have zero funds available for a summer vacation, and I am longing for an escape from the ‘busyness’ of life, I am going to take ‘ONE STEP BACK’ and throw caution to the wind…..”Luana Ehrlich, whisk me away to that exotic location! Captive me page by page with Espionage….introduce me to Sting-‘Ray’, the CIA operative…..embroil me in the pursuit of the Secret Police….let me experience the craze of a nuclear scientist!!!” …..all in my own back yard, in the comfort of my lounge chair, as I sip ice cold Lemonade from a frosted glass topped with a mini Tahian umbrella! Now that’s what I call paradise! 🙂

Yes, my 1st choice would be One Step Back by Luana Ehrlich 🙂

My 2nd choice would be Toby’s Troubles by Carole Brown. I love exploring ‘yesterday’s treasures’ and finding that special gem from days gone by! The tale of Toby, his shop ‘Undiscovered Treasures’ being haunted by a ‘ghost’???, a woman suffering from unrequited love, and a caper involving a mysterious item….well, this just spells A.N.T.I.C.I.P.A.T.I.O.N!…..and calls for another glass of lemonade! 🙂

Thanks for offering the ‘Grace Filled Summer Book Sweeps 2018’ and the opportunity to hopefully win a book! 🙂 ~Alison Boss

  4. With summer being as hot as it has been even in the “shade” of the mountains, I would rather read indoors with the fan blowing on me. Julianne by Rebekah Lyn looks like a winner. Patchwork by Sadie and Sophi Cuffe also caught my eye.

  5. donamaekutska7

Toby’s Troubles will be washed away with the waves at the beach. Toby’s Troubles and Patchwork they both sound amazing.

  6. conniepsaunders

My heart is already taken but I could surely enjoy being in a relaxing cabin on a river with the one who has my heart! HEART NOT TAKEN would be my first choice and if I have a “ghost of a chance”, I will choose TOBY’S TROUBLES as my second choice. I love treasure hunting!
    Thanks for a great giveaway!

  7. girlfromwva

i don’t know if i will be at a cabin, a beach, on a campus, someplace exotic, by the lake, or find notes left on my door or “ghosts” this Summer. i do know i have found 8 “new to me” authors to enjoy. first pick is Heart Not Taken, second is Toby’s Troubles.

  8. Conquering the local gossips in a small town sounds like a wonderfully interesting story to read, and the authors are sisters, which I find really fascinating! My first choice is Patchwork, by Sadie and Sophie Cuffe, and my second choice is Julianne, by Rebekah Lyn. Dead end jobs and rejections are hard to overcome when you are so well-qualified for better positions. Sounds like a good uplifting read.

      1. YAY! Thanks for choosing PATCHWORK!! We love the story. We love small towns (ours has 350, give or take. And we love being sisters! Good luck in the sweeps!

  9. Arletta Boulton

My first choice is PATCHWORK by Sadie and Sophi Cuffe. I love the premise – a totally unlikely pair to fall in love. I want to discover their story. Second choice would be HEART NOT TAKEN by Naomi Musch. I enjoy gardening so I think it would be cool to read about a landscaper. Maybe I’d get some ideas of what plants look good together.

  10. Mrs Tracey Russell

Love reading not just at summer all year around , so many good authors out there , Lulu Tayor Maggie Hartley , Cathy Glass to name a few .
