Dec 31, 2012 ~ Online New Year’s Eve Party will kick off Reader Voting to determine finalists. Reader Voting runs through to Feb 28, 2013

Mar 1 – Mar 3: An independent counter (not affiliated with the Grace Awards or the publishing industry) will counts votes. Board Member Panel announces finalists.

Mar 5 – Apr 30: Judges read the three final books in their category.

May 1 – May 7: Judges deliberate and vote.

May 10: Board announces winners in all categories.
